my path to becoming a therapist

After graduating with a degree in trumpet from the Lucerne School of Music in 2015, I worked as a freelance musician alongside my teaching activities, driven by big ambitions and high goals. However, after four years, the relentless and disciplined hard work of artistic creation pushed me to my limits: physical ailments - especially persistent shoulder and neck tension that eventually became chronic pain. Added to this was the mental pressure of trying to sustain myself financially solely through my instrument. I was caught in a clear downward spiral. When depressive moods set in, it sounded the alarm. I knew:

"Now is the time for a change!"

This turning point led me to seek help through conventional medicine, psychiatry, psychology, and physiotherapy. At the same time, I discovered various alternative methods, including Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and breathwork, which ultimately brought me to Polarity Therapy. Along this path, I gained deep self-awareness and had the eye-opening realization of just how little I actually knew about my own breath - even as a professionally trained trumpet player...

It opened up a vast realm of self-discovery through perception, awareness, and lifestyle. Experiencing my own innate healing capacities fascinated me so much that one thing became clear: I want to explore this further! Shortly after, I began the three-year training to become a Polarity Therapist, which I successfully completed in 2024.

Today, I share these insights in my practice, guiding and supporting people on their own journey toward healing.
